We at Ashoshi provide good services and care to the people who come to us for a traditional massage. We create opportunities for youngsters to build their careers in the wellness industry by using the techniques of Ayurvedic and Thai massage.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures of SPA therapy
• Provides individualized work treatments that meet the guest’s needs and expectations.
• Listen to clients during massages and adjust techniques to meet their needs
• Be thoroughly familiar with and able to recommend Spa products and treatments
• Obtains the basic medical history of a client, assesses any problems or conditions and suggests appropriate therapy based on the client’s current health.
• Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications like any allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning the service. 
• Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, and cleanliness according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hours of operation
• Be familiar with all spa packages, promotions, prices, and rates.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
• Ensures that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.
• Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality.
• Try to resolve guest complaints, ensure guest satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or guest complaints.
• Handle inappropriate guest behaviours as per Ashoshi Spa standard operating procedures
• Frequently check with guests to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service.
• Fill out Feed Back form at the end of each session.
• Attend all scheduled meetings, classes, and training sessions; knowledge required within the Spa.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Prerequisites:

• Physically fit and in good health (strength is not a major requirement, but stamina is necessary).
• Caring, positive attitude to clients.
• Genuine interest in helping clients overcome their physical problems.

Education:

• 10^th or 12^th Pass
