Appointments

We recommend treatments and spa membership packages are booked in advance to avoid disappointment.  Appointments can be booked by telephone, website, Facebook, or Email, and please ensure you have received confirmation of your appointment prior to arrival.  On occasion, we may have late availability, so it is always worth contacting the spa to enquire.

Reservations

We are not charging any appointment fee for single or double booking with a prior appointment but if the Reservation is for more than two clients then 30% of the total fee needs to be paid in advance at the time of booking. Full payment in advance needs to be paid before taking the service, in the event of an early departure, no refund or discount will be given.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations hurt our business so please provide a minimum of 24hrs notice if you need to amend/cancel your treatment appointment.

Late Arrival

please arrive few minutes early to complete a Client Intake Form. Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service.

Payment

We accept payment by cash, credit/debit cards, and through UPI. Payment for additional purchases and treatments must be made on departure.

Rates of Service

Please note rates are inclusive of consumption tax and subject to change without prior notice.

Health Conditions

Massage intake -form need to be filled out before taking any services so as to let us know about your health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your experience when making your spa booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers carrying infectious diseases, skin conditions, or influenza.

Shared Treatments

If you want to spend the morning after 10 am or the afternoon being pampered together, please do not hesitate to ask for a double booking for shared treatments. We have a couples’ treatment room available.

Mechanical/Electrical breakdown of facilities

No refunds will be given as a result of mechanical or electrical breakdowns of any kind. These breakdowns are usually beyond the control of the Management, although we will endeavour to ensure the repair of any such fault as quickly as possible.

Mobile Phones

We kindly ask that mobile phones are switched off before the service and kept in the safe to experience a calm, stress-free, noise-free environment till the end of the session.

Privacy

Filming or taking photos in the Spa without prior Spa approval is prohibited.

Valuables

A box for safekeeping of valuables is provided in the reception area but we recommend that no jewellery is worn at the Spa. The Spa will not be held responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises.

Age Requirement

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the Spa is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to people who are intoxicated.

Pregnant Guest

We are able to provide treatment for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
